Competing in sports such as in football games is beneficial for students in so many ways. For one, it gives them the opportunity to have meaningful social interactions and relationships. It teaches them about teamwork and sportsmanship and allows them to gain respect for others. It also gives them the opportunity to learn how to manage success and disappointments, which are truly essential later on in life. Competing in sports also aids in building a kid’s self-confidence and fosters self-discipline.
